Francesca Ceniti, worked at the HP Karma Hostel, a property located in a beautiful area of Barcelona. Thanks to its strategic location, the hostel welcomes guests from all over the world, creating an international, dynamic, and multicultural environment. In this context, she able to practice both Spanish and English daily, progressively improving my communication fluency.
In this structure, the your role was more oriented towards the front desk and guest management: I was responsible for guest check-in and check-out activities—a task that requires active listening, clarity, and the ability to resolve problems promptly. I also supported the hostel staff with daily needs, offering my help to maintain order and ensure the smooth running of the property, which allowed me to develop teamwork skills and organizational capacity.
