Alice Prencipe her work experience took place at the Hotel Super Balmes, centrally located near Plaça de Catalunya. In this establishment, I carried out various practical and operational duties, including: currency exchange for guests, handling photocopying and key duplication, and preparing linen by placing sheets into the designated bags.
This work was fundamental, above all, for improving my Spanish. Communicating every day in real-life situations helped me break the ice and gain greater confidence.
